Kibale National Park
Estimated to cover 766 square kilometers, Kibale National Park is located in Kibale, southern Uganda. It is one of the few remaining conservancies in the world that contain both lowland and mountain forests.
Although it is primarily covered by a moist evergreen forest, Kibale National Park offers a diverse range of landscapes that make it an important safari destination. The park is mainly popular for its massive population of African chimpanzees.
