Kenkey with fish

Kenkey is a staple and very economical dish originating from the Ga people. Locally referred to as kormi (Ga language) or dorkunu (Akan), it is prepared by boiling kneaded corn dough wrapped in dried corn husks.

It is typically eaten with ground pepper and seafood.
