Singer Tish Hyman claimed that a Gold’s Gym in Los Angeles terminated her membership after she complained about a man who was using the women’s locker room.
Hyman, 42, uploaded a video of her confronting the individual, and she said that Gold’s Gym terminated her membership on Sunday in the aftermath of the incident, the New York Post reported.
In her post, Hyman wrote that she had “repeatedly made written reports on this man for coming into our women’s locker room harassing us, and the gym staff has done absolutely nothing!!”

“He has disrespected me multiple times, and I’ve only been ignored when I quietly reported it. But today I made noise!!” she added. “Today as I walked into the locker room he came in behind me and called me a b*tch in a deep angry voice. I was TERRIFIED. I RAN OUT INTO THE GYM SCREAMING THERE IS A MAN IN THE REST ROOM!!”
She also said that she “called for help and men in the gym got involved, THANK GOD and the staff finally decided to act. “
In the video, the individual in question is seen wearing an all-black attire and having a back and forth with another individual before Hyman is heard yelling, “Now he knows how to be a man, right? Now he knows how to be a man. Stay outta the women’s locker room! We don’t want it. He needs to have his gym membership revoked for that s–t!”
Hyman is also heard making mention of complaints that she has made against the individual in the past.
“We already filed reports. No, no, no! You can’t get rid of me for this! I’m a woman and I have every right not to want a man in the restroom when I’m naked! There are girls naked in there!” Hyman says.
Despite Hyman’s complaints, the individual is seen walking into the women’s locker room. “Look at him walking in there like it’s okay, it’s not okay!” she says.
After Hymen was later taken to the front of the establishment, she alleged that the gym had terminated her membership.
“Men! Grown men with big d–ks in the women’s locker room! And that’s why I’m getting kicked out, and I wanna make sure the girls to know!” Hyman was heard saying in another video filmed by a different person.
“What the f–k? Everybody saw that man in the f–king locker room, and no one’s saying s–t! … Me, naked in front of a man without my permission, but I’m the one who gets kicked out the gym y’all!”
Hyman, in her post, also wrote that though the individual was “removed,” they “turned around and terminated my membership too, as if I was being punished for speaking up.”
“I WAS LITERALLY SCARED. THE WOMEN IN THE GYM ALL AGREED WITH ME. MANY were relieved that someone finally said something out loud. Men had to step up to get him out,” she also wrote. “And the gym staff, who ignored our safety all this time COULD CARE LESS.”
Hyman, in the comments, further stated that the gym had recently undergone renovations and asked for “trans restrooms” to be introduced inside the gym, the New York Post reported.
“WE HAVE TO TAKE A STAND IF WE WANT TO BE SAFE,” she wrote before encouraging people to “#BOYCOTTGOLDSGYM”
