Give up one bad habit

Bad habits can make or break your character. Often we rest assured on thoughts like, “that’s just how I am” but if you’re routine is not contributing to your greater good then it may be time to reconsider it.

Start by cutting the bad habit out altogether or lessening it until you can completely do away with it.

Everyone has a unique moral code so formulate one based on your beliefs and principles.
