Do at least one tough thing every day

Many of us are creatures of habit so predictability can be comforting. Nonetheless, as the saying goes, “a ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for.”

We are complex creatures living in a topsy-turvy world.

Often enough, things will not go according to plan so learning how to navigate the rough seas will strengthen our resolve and give us the confidence and strength to keep pushing forward during challenging times.
