It is said we have upwards of 50,000 to 80,000 thoughts per day; 70% to 80% are negative ones, unfortunately.

As human beings even if we’re showered with 10 compliments, we’ll ruminate on the one negative criticism we may have received.

Developing healthy internal dialogue not only helps us, but it also helps those around us because we radiate positivity.
