Falling in love can make you lose friends and/or family.   Falling in love with someone could actually make you lose your friends and/or family, especially if they don’t approve of the new person you’re dating. In fact, dating someone who doesn’t get along well with your family and friends might cause a clash between you and your family and friends, which could alienate you from the very people who make life the most meaningful for you.

From the five reasons listed above, you can tell that falling in love with someone can’t always be the best thing that can happen to you. So set your priorities straight and first learn to love yourself before going into any relationship. The truth is that it is only through loving yourself that you can live happily ever after!
