She is now considered the fastest child after she broke the national record in the girls eight and under 100-meter relay at the AAU Junior Olympics.

Seven-year-old Black American Dakota White ran 59.08 seconds to get her team, Xpress Track Club, to set a new national record at the event. She started training on the tracks when she was only 3 years old, her father, Cam White, told fox4news.

Since 2021, the North Texas kid has been making strides in all the races she participated in by emerging first. Her father attributed this feat to the stringent training regime and diet arrangement set for Dakota.

White said he noticed a special ability in her daughter to run so he decided to provide her with his experience as TCU wide receiver.

He indicated that he provided additional support by getting seasoned trainers to coach her while monitoring her progress and health.

He said he found it surprising that his little girl is able to train rigorously, adding that she never missed any of her training sessions during summer.

Dakota became a social media sensation when TikTok videos of her participating in a race went viral.

The 7-year-old fastest kid said she is elated at her achievements, adding that, she will not relent in doing more. She intimated she finds joy in the array of medals she has picked so far since the beginning of her career.
