Africa’s Top 5 Most Wanted Fugitives

There are hundreds of thousands of wanted outlaws on the run from the law in the world today. Africa has its fair share of fugitives, who have a long history of committing serious crimes. Many of them are considered a menace to Africa and the world at large.

Face2Face Africa compiled a list of the continent’s five most wanted criminals who are charged with committing acts of terror and war crimes in clear contravention of the Geneva Protocol, a treaty banning the use of chemical and biological weapons in international armed conflicts. Each of the individuals on this list have managed to evade arrest or capture by law enforcement agencies.
