R. Kelly has been under intense criticism after Lifetime released its three-night documentary series, “Surviving R. Kelly”, which detailed accusations of sexual abuse and paedophilia allegedly committed by him.

It however appears he is unfazed by it.

On Wednesday, the disgraced singer was spotted at a nightclub in Chicago celebrating his birthday with an overly enthusiastic crowd. In a video shared by The Shade Room, the singer can be seen performing a snippet of his “Bump N’ Grind” song, then having a few words to say to the crowd.

“It’s my m*****f**k*ng birthday and I don’t give a f***k what’s going on tonight,” he told the cheering crowd.

The birthday party, however, did not go down too smoothly as the Chicago police reported to the scene after someone called claiming there was an arrest warrant for the singer, according to CNN. Though the police spoke with him, he was not arrested as they were able to confirm there was no such warrant out, CNN further reported.

On Thursday, the singer’s estranged daughter, Joann Kelly, who is also known as Buku Abi, shared a long post on her Instagram story rebuking her father and calling him a monster. She also apologized for taking too long to speak out and empathized with the victims.
