Alassane Ouattara – Ivory Coast
Ouattara earned a BSc degree from present-day Drexel University (the Drexel Institute of Technology) in Philadelphia. In 1967 and 1972, he earned his master’s degree and PhD in economics respectively from the University of Pennsylvania.
