Wiz Khalifa is still buzzing over the birth of his daughter Kaydence as he took to his Instagram Story on Wednesday to share the first photo of his little bundle of joy. In the photo, the Promises rapper, born Cameron Jibril Thomaz, is seen shirtless and smiling as little Kaydence rests on his chest.
“Perfect way to start the day,” the 36-year-old wrote on the photo. Per PEOPLE, Khalifa and his girlfriend Aimee Aguilar welcomed baby Kaydence on July 17. Aguilar also took to TikTok on July 24 to announce the birth of their daughter.
“I gave birth exactly a week ago today, so I am a week postpartum,” Aguilar said in the video. Besides revealing what she has since been doing to flatten her tummy, Aguilar also said she was yet to start working out because she “ended up tearing.”

“So, during the labor and I pushed her out, I tore. I have stitches down there, so I think I’m going to wait another week or two before I start doing anything strenuous on my body,” she explained.
Khalifa now has two children as he already shares a son with his ex-wife Amber Rose. The rapper and Aguilar have reportedly been romantically involved for about five years – though they seemingly keep their relationship from the public eye.
The See You Again rapper and Aguilar announced they were expecting baby Kaydence on Father’s Day. Khalifa in a post on Instagram shared a photo of him holding Aguilar’s baby bump and wrote, “Baby Girl On The Way.”
