This Nigerian chef living in America makes Nigerian traditional dishes he watched from his family while growing up as a young boy, and this includes peppered goat head, jollof rice, smoked crayfish, black beans among others.

After getting to America at the age of 16, Wey teamed up with his former roommate Peter Dalinowski to open a restaurant called Revolver.

He recently made the news when he used food to highlight racial wealth inequality in America.

“I want people to reconsider how they consider immigrants cooking food,” he said in an interview.
