Barbadian music star Rihanna shared an Instagram post of herself sitting at a bus stop and keeping her cool with a huge poster of her Fenty Beauty brand behind her.

The Grammy-winning artist added a humorous touch to her post, which featured a short video with a sequence of different photos. “I’m just waiting for de bus”, she wrote in her caption.

In the video, Rihanna wore a white top paired with a green scarf, which had a dramatic pouf at the end.

She also sported black pants that nearly covered her footwear and gave the impression that she was casually waiting for a ride, although clearly, she was in on the joke.

Rihanna simply looked composed with her focus on her brand as she effortlessly took it to the next level. The video clip was set to musician SwiftOnDemand’s MMM Instrumental Remake.

Fans then went on to flood the comments section with lots of love, yet none of the remarks were geared towards her latest words about possibly retiring from music.

However, a few users inquired about the release of her long-delayed new album.

The post comes just days after Rihanna made a surprise return to the stage and delivered a crowd-pleasing set during the opening of a new Fenty Beauty store back home in Barbados, as per a Daily Mail report.

“Music was the thing that got the attention, but God had other plans for me,” Rihanna told attendees at the event.

Rihanna’s words sparked concerns among her fans that her highly anticipated ninth studio album may never be released.

Many expressed their disappointment on social media, especially due to the fact that they believe they have been starved of a new album in eight years.

Also, Rihanna stirred speculation earlier this year when she wore a T-shirt that read, “I’m Retired.”

Her recent comments may have raised eyebrows, yet Rihanna has not officially confirmed any plans to retire from music.

In June, she addressed the viral rumors surrounding her “I’m Retired” shirt, and clarified that it was only a joke.

She pointed out that the shirt also featured the phrase, “This is as dressed up as I get,” to make a lighthearted point about her casual style.

In recent years, Rihanna has focused heavily on her ventures outside music, particularly in the beauty and fashion industries. She has openly expressed her love for the creative process which heavily involves building her brands.

The music star’s latest project is a collaboration with Puma that releases a new line reflecting her commitment to inclusivity. In an interview with W Magazine, Rihanna explained her vision for the collection.

“I want to make things for all body types,” she said. “That was very intentional when I first started, even back with River Island.” She added that her work with Fenty x Puma has given her “so much freedom,” and emphasized that her designs are meant to cater to a diverse range of people.

“You don’t just design for yourself,” she said. “You use your taste as the muse of everything. I like to play around with silhouettes.”

Rihanna has always prioritized comfort in her fashion choices and said: “Trust me, I could always use a good fat day outfit.”
