Scholarship opportunities for African students to study in the United States

International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Tuition Scholarship at Oregon University

The ICSP scholarship awards 10 to 20 new competitive scholarships to international students each year. The Scholarships apply to tuition only and range from $9,000 – $27,000 per year. The ICSP scholarship has a cultural service component which requires students to give a presentation about their home country to children, communities organizations and UO students, faculty and staff. ICSP scholarships are based on financial need, academic merit, and the ability to make presentations to a diverse group of people.
