Snoop Dogg has responded to a video involving a lookalike and a fan. An unidentified flight attendant was ecstatic when she thought she had met the rapper on a recent trip. In a video that has now gone viral, the lady can be seen posing for a photo with a man she believes is Snoop.

Rather than correcting her, the unnamed man—who was mistaken for the renowned rapper—went along with it and even posed for the photo while his cousin encouraged him.

The person recording wrote, “Man these people taking pics with my cousin, because they said he look like Snoop Dogg. Ya’ll know I was instigating the sh**t,” according to HotNewHipHop.

He also posed for pictures with other passengers on the aircraft as his confidence gave them a reason to think he might be the real deal.

When Snoop eventually viewed the video, he even reposted it on his social media page. He seemed to take the whole thing lightly by using laughing and shrugging emojis as a caption.

Some of the fans in his comment section laughed along with him, with one saying, “Even snoop dogg will think he has met himself.”

Another joke was, “That lady met Snoop Cat in the alternate universe. She likes his tone and cologne but he ain’t no G.”

A few others urged him to track down the woman in the video and allow her to have an actual meeting with him.

Last month, a similar incident occurred when Darceal Gates made the day of a Wisconsin couple who thought he was celebrity Rick Ross. Gates posted the video on Instagram with the caption, “She’s from Wisconsin, her and her husband thought I was Rick Ross so I played the part, lmfao.”

According to Complex, he was on vacation in Cancun when the woman, Hannah, stopped him. “She just spotted me, Rick Ross,” he expressed in the video.
