President Donald Trump called out Charlamagne tha God after the radio host and television presenter criticized him during an interview on the Fox News show My View with Lara Trump.
Per The Associated Press, Trump, 79, took to his majority-owned Truth Social to claim that Charlamagne, whose real name is Lenard Larry McKelvey, “knows nothing about me or what I have done.”
The hostess is Trump’s daughter-in-law, who was also previously a co-chair of the Republican National Committee.
“I wouldn’t give it a good rating simply because the least of us are still being impacted the worst,” the radio host said when he was asked about the Trump government.
Trump in his social media post described Charlamagne as a “dope” person who voted for Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris.

Charlamagne, 47, said that though Trump’s tax-and-spending law will benefit him due to the tax breaks, he emphasized that “there’s going to be so many people that’s hurt by that bill.’’
“Anything that takes away Medicaid from people and will put people in a worse financial situation than they were previously in, I’m not for,” he also said.
Charlamagne additionally stated that he envisions that the Republican Party’s “traditional conservatives” will take over the mantle from Trump’s Make America Great Again movement. He buttressed that point on the controversy that unfolded after Trump opted to not release the Epstein files.
