Tuo Zaafi

Tuo Zaafi is a dish originating from the northern part of Ghana. Over the course of time, it has evolved to become a national delicacy.

The meal is prepared by mixing millet dough in hot water until it becomes smooth and solid. As a delicacy, it is eaten with Ayoyo (jute leaves) soup and a dash of stew. Northerners also have a wide variety of soups they eat it with.
