Jude Okoye (pictured) proposed to beauty queen Ify Umeokeke (pictured) today on his birthday April 24th. He popped the big question to Miss Tourism, MBGN 2012 with a huge engagement ring. Okoye’s artist Cynthia Morgan, signed to his Northside Entertainment record label, shared this photo of the very surprised bride-to-be. Congrats to the two lovebirds!
