New Orleans Saints defensive end Cam Jordan is already planning his post-NFL career by turning his attention to the world of entrepreneurship. Recently, he became a partner with several Little Caesars franchisees, Andrew Feghali and Michael Khalil, the company announced in a statement.

SI.com reported that the athlete now has a stake in eight Little Caesars locations in and around the Indianapolis area.

Prior to becoming a partner, Jordan appeared in multiple commercials for the fast food chain. In addition, he was a regular customer of the food chain while growing up in Chandler, Arizona.

“I am excited to announce my partnership with Little Caesars as a franchise investor,” said Jordan in a written statement. “This collaboration aligns perfectly with my commitment to community, entrepreneurship, and fostering growth opportunities. I am thrilled to join a business that has had such a longstanding impact on my life.”

Together with his business partner Feghali, who owns over 50 locations, and restaurant insider Khalil, the NBA player hopes to do more with Little Caesars.

“Cam is our ideal partner; we both share a deep passion for the Little Caesars brand and a strong commitment to serving our communities. I am thrilled to welcome him aboard as we continue to grow our footprint with Little Caesars,” said Feghali, franchisee and CEO of AMF Restaurants.

“Together with Andrew Feghali and Michael Khalil, we are confident that Cam will bring his passion and leadership to these new locations, helping us deliver even more value and satisfaction to our customers, Greg Hamilton, chief marketing officer at Little Caesars, said.”

His venture into entrepreneurship comes on the heels of his two-year, $27.5 million extension to stay with the Saints. He was nearing the end of his three-year $52.5 million extension he signed in 2019 when he agreed to stay with the team until the 2025 season.

The restaurant chain was first founded by Mike and Marian Ilitch in 1959 as a single, family-owned restaurant. Since then, it has grown to become the third-largest pizza chain in the world. It has restaurants in each of the 50 U.S. states and 28 countries and territories.
