During the Los Angeles Lakers’ Sunday road game against the Philadelphia 76ers, LeBron James took a moment to respond to a heckler who mocked his hair.
In the video of their interaction, James, 40, is seen standing on the court and focusing on the game before the fan is heard telling him that he “still ain’t got no hair though.” The four-time NBA champion and future Hall of Famer then turns to the fan and raises his hands, telling the heckler that “it happens.”
“You know what I do got though! Got plenty of it!” James adds while smiling, with the crowd also laughing in response. James telling the heckler that he’s “got plenty of it” was probably in reference to his wealth, and he absolutely has a point with that, as he’s a billionaire.
The heckler’s comments, however, did not get in the way of James’ performance, as he finished the game with 29 points to help the Lakers defeat the 76ers 112-108.
In March, James’ son, Bronny, similarly took a moment to respond to a heckler who seemingly tried to get under his skin, Face2Face Africa reported at the time. That incident also happened during the Lakers’ road game against the Denver Nuggets.
The heckler in question triggered a hilarious clapback from Bronny after he said something about his superstar father and teammate.
His response also appeared to keep the heckler mute. “Bronny, we own your father!” the heckler was heard saying in the video. “Yo chain fake,” Bronny responded.
Besides the heckler’s attempt to troll Bronny, other Nuggets fans also booed him when he came off the bench. The 21-year-old, however, did not let that distract him, as he finished off the game with five points, per Sports Illustrated.
