African dictators were known for so many things, from their brutal rules to making weird pronouncements that proved their superiority.
These autocratic leaders either felt too powerful for their own good or they were quite paranoid that someone was out to get them. Consequently, they would make statements to show their might or even scare anyone who thought they could depose them.
