Antigua and Barbuda
Despite being kicked out of the 3rd position, Antigua and Barbuda is still in the league of the top 5 powerful Caribbean passports coming in at number 4 and number 27 in the world passport ranking. The country consists of two major islands and has invested greatly in its tourism and economy.
In 2017, the high rate of investment particularly the highly controversial citizenship by investment program helped the country develop drastically with over 20,000 investors seeking second residency and or citizenship. The country allows its passport holders to travel to 150 countries without a visa which sees the list increase by 17 since 2017.
