LaTanya Richardson and Samuel L. Jackson

These two made it through college in Georgia and their love soared since then. The two first met in 1970 when they were studying in colleges that were close to each other. When LaTanya first saw Jackson, she found him to be “flamboyant, self-involved, and emotionally detached”, according to CBS News.

Jackson and LaTanya married in 1980 and welcomed daughter Zoe in 1982.
