This year’s BET Awards didn’t go ahead as a live show, but it did give us some stirring visuals and powerful moments we will never forget.
The annual event celebrates African Americans and other American minorities in music, acting, sports, and other fields of entertainment. Held virtually this year, the event was hosted by Insecure star Amanda Seales and featured not only splendid performances and inspiring messages but touching tributes to late stars, including Kobe Bryant and Little Richard.
