He was of the view that his father, Bob Marley, would have been delighted to see a movie made about his iconic life. He added that Bob Marley had a creative side and once harbored dreams of making a Western film.
Ziggy Marley disclosed that the biopic, “Bob Marley: One Love,” will unveil lesser-known aspects of the late singer’s life and dreams, providing the public with a deeper and different connection to Marley’s vision and ideas than ever before, according to Pink Villa.
Ziggy Marley was 12 when Bob Marley passed away from cancer in 1981, at the very young age of 36. Ziggy Marley, who is now 55, is thrilled to bring his father’s story to the screen. With his own family, he feels honored to shed light on the unknown aspects of Bob Marley’s life. The entire Marley family, including Ziggy Marley’s mother Rita and sister Cadella, actively participated in the film’s production, serving as producers.
