Is it end of the road for U.S gymnast Simone Biles and beau Stacey Ervin?

While the love and exchange of affection between celebrated American gymnast, Simone Biles and her boyfriend Stacey Ervin Jr. warms the heart, especially when it’s so publicly displayed on their respective social media handles, rumours are rife that the pair might have broken up or about to.

Such assertion is given impetus when posts featuring both parties on their respective social media pages have been few and far between over the last few months. Additionally, while Ervin still follows Biles on social media, she no longer follows him on Instagram.

Again the last time she shared a photo with Ervin was on January 12 when the pair were at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This is a departure from last year where the lovebirds constantly shared messages as well as photos with the most the pair have gone without displacing digital affection was weeks.

Various meanings have been read into the 23-year-old star’s cryptic tweet at the end of February that said, “it’s real when it hurts” as perhaps the end of the road with Stacey Ervin Jr., who is her first love.

For Ervin Jr., his last public message to his lady-love was after their vacation to Belize at the end of last year.

“To say I am grateful for you would be an understatement,” he wrote. “Spending the last week together in a tropical paradise was absolutely amazing. Truth be told, anywhere together is our paradise – even in the cold (although you hate the cold, & would probably say you want to leave ASAP while attempting to fit inside my jacket with me). I love you, & know I’ve got your back…through it all.”

Biles and Ervin have been dating since 2017 and according to some reports the pair have called it quits after Biles caught Ervin allegedly cheating last month.
