Tennis Legend, Serena Williams, is the newest addition to the team of Advisors at the business consulting firm, Consello Group. The retired tennis champion joins the firm as a Senior Advisor, making her the third retired famous athlete to join the firm after ex-NFL star Tom Brady and retired NBA star, Pau Gasol.
The 23-time Grand Slam Champion is also a well-known investor, and has invested in more than 60 businesses, including kid-focused social media platform – Zigazoo, and at-home AI fitness company – Tonal, among others. Most of her investments center on women or people of color.
Speaking on Williams’ new role in the company, Chairman and CEO of Consello, Declan Kelly, said Serena’s “Unique life and leadership experience will be invaluable to all the companies and individuals with whom we work, and we welcome her to the growing list of highly accomplished senior executives who have joined us on Consello’s exciting journey.”
Consello Group is a financial services advisory and strategic investing platform which was founded in 2022. The firm offers M&A Advisory and Investment Banking, Growth and Business Development, Investing, and Digital Assets Advisory.

Williams’ tennis career earned her approximately $94 million in prize money by the time she announced that she was ending her tennis career in August 2022, and she is widely recognized as one of the greatest tennis players of all time.
She began her tennis career in 1995 and has since secured 23 Grand Slam titles, won 19 of the 31 matches she played with her sister Venus, earned a title as one of the most marketable athletes on the planet, and gained 6 Oscar nominations for the 2021 movie, ‘King Richard,’ among other great accomplishments.
