With its much anticipated and well-attended carnivals, top-notch hotels and beaches, as well as, amazing weather, Trinidad and Tobago remains the happiest Caribbean country in 2019. Despite retaining its number one position in the Caribbean, its global ranking has seen a drop as the country ranked 39 against its 38th position in the 2018 report.
