These outstanding African women were not only First Ladies but mothers of presidents

They are indeed exceptional women. Apart from being the wives of former strong African leaders, they also brought to life some of the current leaders on the continent.

After having played diverse roles as First Ladies in their earlier years, they are a source of encouragement and advice to their sons who are currently holding the leadership mantle that requires more than intellect.
