Praia da Joana
Considered as one of the corners of Rio das Ostras, this beach is of exuberant beauty. It is located between two coasts. It is great for children with its lovely blue colour; apart from that, it has a strip of golden sand. The almond tree grows around as an extension acting as shade for visitors.
