Lips grab attention, but you have to make sure it’s not the wrong kind of attention. Dry, chapped lips are not attractive to anyone, men or women.
When you think of luscious, healthy-looking lips, you think Angelina Jolie, Scarlett Johansson and Kim Kardashian. These women are known to have beautiful lips, which have been sealed into the imprint of our memories simply because they know how to take care of their lips.
Full lips are considered to be beautiful, and many black/African men and women are naturally blessed with full lips. While many individuals pay to have collagen injected into their lips to make them fuller, you can improve the state of your lips without paying an exorbitant price. Just get a hold of a few ingredients from your kitchen, and you’re good to go. So follow these short steps and you will be well on your way to having luscious lips. Pucker up!
- Brush your lips gently with your toothbrush. After brushing to exfoliate, clean away chaps and plump your lips.
- Keep hydrated. Drink lots of water throughout the day.
- Slick on a dab of honey on the lips, it will act as a humectant, drawing moisture from the air, and keeping your lips soft, plump, and kissably sweet.
- Apply some cocoa butter, olive oil or avocado oil on your lips before going to bed.
