A former executive and personal assistant to Kanye West has added new allegations to her existing lawsuit against him. In June 2024, Lauren Pisciotta filed a lawsuit accusing the rapper, also known as Ye, of sexual harassment. She claimed West fired her after sending her explicit sexual texts and videos.
Now, Pisciotta has amended her lawsuit, stating she attended a studio session with Kanye West and Diddy. According to her, she was invited to the session by Ye, along with an unnamed artist management client. The lawsuit claims that upon arrival, drinks were served, and it was announced that everyone had to drink if they wanted to stay.
After taking a few small sips of a drink poured by a studio assistant at West’s direction and handed to her by West, Pisciotta says she began to feel disoriented. She recalls waking up the next day with little memory of the studio session and feeling “immense shame and embarrassment.”
Years later, Pisciotta alleges that West referenced the night, claiming they had hooked up, and provided details about the incident. Before that conversation, Pisciotta says she believed she had been drugged and embarrassed herself at the event.
In her earlier lawsuit, Pisciotta also accused West of sending explicit messages, masturbating while on the phone with her, and fixating on the penis size of her boyfriends.
Diddy‘s name is mentioned in the updated suit, but Lauren Pisciotta is not accusing him of any wrongdoing. This comes amid Diddy’s unrelated legal troubles, as he was recently charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy has denied all major sexual assault allegations, and his trial is set for May 5, 2025.
Despite Pisciotta’s claim that West drugged her at the session cohosted by Diddy, she is not alleging any misconduct by Diddy himself.
