Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, made the news for all the wrong reasons in August 2023 after photos and videos taken by paparazzi appeared to show the Australian model performing oral sex on her husband during a boat ride in Venice, Italy.
But in a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Censori, 31, addressed the incident, saying that those allegations were untrue. She also said that the incident left her feeling embarrassed.
Asked if she knew what the public thought they were doing aboard the water taxi, Censori answered in the affirmative.
“Yes,” she said. “That I gave a blow job on the boat?”
Censori, however, stated that she was not doing anything of such nature at the time. She explained that Kanye, 48, was sitting on the boat’s stern, and she was resting her head on his lap while she knelt on a stool. Censori also stated that they were aboard the boat with her aunt at the time.
“It was the first time I was really embarrassed,” Censori revealed, adding that she “felt embarrassed because of my dad.”
Despite feeling embarrassed, Censori emphasized that “as I’ve grown as a human being, no, I don’t care.”

Photos and videos of the couple’s boat ride showed Kanye’s trousers were down as he sat, and his buttocks were visible. The alleged incident drew outrage from Venetian officials, and the Venetian boat company banned the couple for life, Page Six reported.
“We completely dissociate ourselves from such acts and behavior. Mr. West and his wife will certainly no longer be welcome on board our company’s boats,” the company said in a statement at the time.
“On board, the driver had to keep a lookout for traffic and did not see these obscenities. If this had happened, he would have immediately disembarked and reported the transgressors to those in authority,” Venezia Turismo Motoscafi said in a September 2023 statement.
“In addition, there was a third person on board the taxi who accompanied Mr. and Mrs. West who obstructed the captain’s view to the stern in any case.”
Censori and Kanye have occasionally raised eyebrows with the outfits that she wears when they step out in public. Some of her outfits have been very revealing, but the 31-year-old stated that it has always been her choice to wear them.
“I wouldn’t be doing something I didn’t want to do,” Censori told Vanity Fair. “Me and my husband would work on my outfits together,” she added.
“So it was like a collaboration, it was never ‘I was being told to do something.’… If you were married to Gianni Versace, wouldn’t he give you a dress or something?”
