Ibrahim El Salahi (Sudanese)

Born in 1930, Ibrahim El Salahi has been an active Sudanese artist, painter, former politician, and diplomat. He holds a bachelor’s degree in fine art from the University of Khartoum. Ibrahim, who has created his own special art history is a pioneer to many artists. He was one of the first artists to use Arabic calligraphy in his artworks.
