Architecture is often described as the process and product of planning, designing and constructing buildings and structures in general. Much like culture is unique to different geographical areas, different cities all over the world have architecture that is unique to them.

With all the word around that ancient Africans were primitive people who lived in caves and on trees, it is quite interesting to note that Africa is home to some of the most intriguing structures and buildings that are still a wonder to behold.

Face2Face Africa took a quick tour around Africa to some cities and towns that are home to some of the oldest and fascinating buildings that prove that ancient Africans had an eye for good architecture.
