Wizkid x Nike
Nigerian Afrobeat star Wizkid Dayo has signed a deal with the world’s biggest design company, Nike. According to African Facts, he is the first African musician to have an official jersey.
Wizkid was in London for the official unveiling of Nigeria’s Super Eagles jersey/football kit for the 2018 FIFA World Cup where his Star Boy jersey “Wizkid FC” was also revealed.
Details of the deal have not been made public but from Wizkid’s post on Instagram, it is clear that it is stacked high with money.
