Five traditional African foods that are a delight to vegetarians

Fumbwa

A very popular stew in Congo,  the main ingredients for this dish include wild spinach (fumbwa), peanuts and palm oil. Fumbwa is usually eaten with boiled plantains or manioc which is a cassava meal.

The recipe in the video below has seafood, but that can totally be omitted if preferred.
