Embattled music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from a photographer who alleges he was sexually assaulted by the rapper.

The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, claims the incident occurred during a high-profile commercial shoot in 2022 or 2023. According to his lawsuit, filed in New York State Supreme Court on March 26, Combs invited him into his trailer under the pretense of discussing career opportunities.

Once inside, the lawsuit alleges, Combs unzipped his pants and told the photographer that if he performed satisfactory oral sex, it would make his “career take off.” The plaintiff claims he complied out of fear that his career would suffer if he refused. When Combs allegedly deemed the act unsatisfactory, he threatened him with violence before sending him back to work, leaving him to process the trauma.

In response, Combs’ legal team denied the allegations in a statement to PEOPLE, asserting that the lawsuit lacks credibility.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the statement reads. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The Bad Boy Records founder has faced multiple lawsuits from men, women, and minors accusing him of sexual misconduct, with allegations spanning decades. He has consistently denied all claims.

The latest lawsuit comes as Sean “Diddy” Combs remains incarcerated in Brooklyn following his indictment on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and forced labor. However, he has pleaded not guilty as his trial is set to begin soon.
