50 Cent is suing Maksud Trax Agadjani aka TraxNY for trademark infringement, but TraxNY has turned the matter into a mockery. 50 Cent is suing the jeweler for $5 million over allegations that he used his likeness to sell knock-off chains in response to a series of Instagram posts showcasing the 49-year-old rapper wearing jewelry and being tagged in the captions.

In an update, the New York-based celebrity jeweler went to the renowned rapper’s South Jamaica, Queens, old neighborhood to distribute silver bars that he said were valued at over $50,000.

TraxNY taunted the G-Unit mogul’s lawsuit in a video posted on Instagram Tuesday, saying, “I don’t need your image. Your videos are down. I hope we could call it a day in a respectful manner like two grown men. You’re not Jesus Christ. You don’t own the cross. But that’s neither here nor there […] Just trying to resolve this conflict in the spirit of the Lord, bro.”

He continued, “You’ve got better things to do. You got Diddy, you got baby oil. You got everything you need, man. What do you need me for? Instead of giving money to lawyers, let’s do the right thing and handle it like men. I know you’re a grown man, I know you can handle yourself.

“I hope we call it a day. Let’s leave it at this. I hope we can keep it respectful. God bless and good luck. Diddy’s waiting for you, brother.”

The jeweler’s antics were however halted by a local, who ordered him to leave, to which he complied.

Although 50 Cent has not yet responded to the jeweler’s recent taunts, it appears that he is not prepared to let off the jeweler even after the jeweler begged that the lawsuit be dropped.

He said last week, “Let me think about it. Nah you tried to play with me! You know the vibes by Monday,” and later added, “This fool took my custom piece copied it, then posted this 7 hours ago using my likeness to sell them. He must don’t know how this works, if he talks to a lawyer they would tell him this is not good.”

The ‘In da Club’ musician is no stranger to suing to defend his rights and property, according to HipHopDX, as his protracted legal battle with former G-Unit rapper Young Buck has just concluded.
